Description
MEH-1000 Face sharpening machine for TCT saw blade is our latest model and our fourth generation grinder. It is also the best saw blade grinding machine in the world for grinding/sharpening face carbide angle. This model adopts an innovative mechanical structure, replacing the traditional mechanical spindle with a brand new high-power and high rigidity electric spindle. The grinding method has also made a revolutionary breakthrough, and the progressive grinding process with high-precision and high-speed feed produces alloy surface quality that is the second to none. The grinding quality of the front corner of the saw blade has been greatly improved in terms of straightness, smoothness, and accuracy.
The grinder is made up of a frame, a mechanical drive system and electric control system. The machine is design to grind different kinds of teeth in the carbide grinding of circular TCT saw blade. The operator only need to choose the tooth type on the interface and input relevant parameters, after start the automatic mode, the machine will grind all the teeth automatically.
This machine can produce saw blades from 100mm to 1000mm. Several machines can be operated simultaneously by one person. It is characterized by high automation and precision, quick efficiency and convenient adjustment. It is very suitable for manufacturers who manufacture batch circular saw blades and retread used circular saw blades.
