EQH-600 Top and face saw blade sharpening machine, also know as saw blade grinding machine and saw blade grinder,top and face carbide grinder for TCT saw blade. The machine is made up of a frame, a mechanical drive system, electric control system and a hydraulic pressure system. The machine is designed for different kinds of tooth type in the processing of circular TCT saw blade.

The operator only need to set the feed amount by handwheel,set the grinding wheel travel and input tooth number on the touch screen,then the machine can grind automatically and finish the whole procedure. 

EQH-600 Top and face saw blade sharpening machine can produce new saw blades and regrind used saw blade range from 80mm to 600mm. Several machines can be operated simultaneously by one person. It is characterized by easy operation,convenient adjustment,reliablility and high precision.This machine is suitable for beginners, can be used for saw blade mass production and for the regrinding service of used saw blades.
