Our automatic circular saw blade top and face sharpening and grinding machine’s grinding head shaft sleeve have been heat-treated, and the heat-treated grinding head component with hardness always has higher rigidity, which is important for the circular saw blade grinder. When grinding or sharpening the circular saw blades, the abundant power of the grinding head motor is transmitted to the grinding head through a multi wedge belt, and the speed of the grinding head is increased through different diameter belt pulleys. The high rigidity of the grinding head ensures good sharpening quality of the circular saw blade. Our grinding head adopts a design of two front angular contact bearings and two rear deep groove ball bearing. Such design of the grinding head of the saw blade sharpening and grinding machine provides good strength support for the grinding wheel during contact with the circular saw blade’s carbide tip, thereby ensuring the straightness and smoothness of the saw blade sharpening and resharpening.
