During brazing and welding carbide TCT tips or diamond PCD tips on the circular saw blade, the heat is provided by the ultra-high frequency machine and transmitted to the heating tube unit through the high-frequency head. The copper tube in the heating tube unit adopts a hollow design, which allows the cooling water to pass and fully cool down the heating tube during saw blade’s high-temperature welding and soldering. We can provide additional heating tube unit accessories for our CNC automatic saw blade brazing and welding machine according to the customer’s needs.
