The MQF series automatic TCT circular saw blade double side sharpening and grinding machine produced by Yuanda tools have a highly rigid mechanical grinding head design, which provides stable support during the side grinding of circular saw blade’s carbide tips.
Our automatic circular saw blade double side sharpening and grinding machine’s grinding head shaft sleeve have been heat-treated, and the heat-treated grinding head component with hardness always has higher rigidity, which is important for the circular saw blade grinder. When grinding or sharpening the circular saw blades, the abundant power of the grinding head motor is transmitted to the grinding head through a multi wedge belt, and the speed of the grinding head is increased through different diameter belt pulleys. The high rigidity of the grinding head ensures good sharpening quality of the circular saw blade. Our grinding head adopts a design of two front angular contact bearings and another two deep groove ball bearings at the rear. Such design of the grinding head of the saw blade sharpening and grinding machine provides good strength support for the grinding wheel during contact with the circular saw blade’s carbide tip, thereby ensuring the straightness and smoothness of the saw blade sharpening and resharpening.
Yuanda tools’s second generation MQF-600B/MQF-1000B series automatic circular saw blade double side sharpening machine and the third generation MQF-600CNC/MQF-1600CNC series automatic circular saw blade double side sharpening machine, the two series of grinding heads use shaft sleeves with the same diameter, only the pulleys are different, which simplifies the problem of complicated after-sales service accessories and lower client’s purchase cost. For MQF-600A/MQF-1000A automatic TCT circular saw blade double side sharpening and grinding machine which have stop production after 2002, we still provide grinding head upgrades and maintenance services for old models.
