We also provide different accessories and spareparts for our CNC automatic saw blade brazing machine and CNC automatic saw blade welding machine.
While brazing and welding carbide TCT tips or diamond PCD tips on the circular saw blade, different width carbide and diamond tips need to have corresponding heating tube with reasonable width. The heating tube is hollow, which allows the cooling water to pass and fully cool down the heating tube during saw blade’s high-temperature welding and soldering, such design greatly extending the service life of the heating tube. We can customize these heating tubes for our CNC automatic saw blade brazing and welding machine according to the customer’s needs. We can also provide heating tubes for Gerling brazing machine.
