The latest YUANDA TOOLS MQF-800C automatic double sides circular TCT saw blade sharpening machine is the 4th generation saw blade double side grinding machine release in 2025. Compare with the previous 3rd generation MQF-600CNC, the latest model have upgrade the grinding capacity up to 800mm and the maximum tooth pitch up to 140mm.
MQF-800CNC Double side saw blade sharpening machine, also know as saw blade double side grinding machine and saw blade double side grinder is made up of a frame, a mechanical drive system, electric control system and a hydraulic system. The machine is design to grind different kinds of teeth in the carbide grinding of circular TCT saw blade. The operator only need to choose the tooth type on the interface and input relevant parameters, after start the automatic mode, the machine will grind all the teeth automatically.
MQF-800CNC Double side saw blade sharpening machine can produce and sharpen saw blades from 100mm to 800mm. Several machines can be operated simultaneously by one person. It is characterized by high automation and precision, quick efficiency and convenient adjustment. It is very suitable for manufacturers who manufacture batch circular saw blades and retread used circular saw blades.
